Karla came in with a real challenge.

She wanted to get stronger, but genetic neck issues had given her years of chronic pain that made certain movements risky. She'd tried other trainers and group fitness classes. The problem was never motivation. The problem was finding coaches who actually adapted the training to her body, instead of expecting her body to adapt to the training.

She can now chest press 40-pound dumbbells for 6 to 8 reps. More importantly, she's learned the techniques and modifications that let her train hard without aggravating her neck. She no longer trains braced for a flare-up. She trains like someone who knows exactly what her body can do.
