With kickboxing training at Impact Martial Arts, classes are structured, focused, and welcoming to people of all ages, and levels of fitness - training for Muay Thai kids, teens, and adults. Mr. Doss is an awesome instructor, I've been training in martial arts over 20 years and I can say his kids' martial arts program is one of the best I've ever seen. Even though I have a background that's totally different I was welcomed and treated like family. I highly recommend this school for kickboxing as well.
