We are proud to announce that Austin Southern Sea Branch is now officially a part of the Kun Seng Keng (KSK) lineage. It is an incredible honor to be welcomed into this lineage. Honored to compete in our very first National Lion Dance Championship hosted by the United States Dragon & Lion Dance Sports Association! Proud to represent Austin, earn a Top 10 finish, and share the stage with so many talented teams from across the country. A moment we’ll cherish for years to come.

Thank you to everyone who helped us kick off the Year of the Fire Horse! 🧧 Wishing everyone good fortune and prosperity this year. We had an amazing time performing all around town and loved interacting with every audience member along the way!

Lunar New Year season is here and we’re excited to share our 2026 Public Performance Schedule so far 🎉🐉🦁

Southern Sea Dragon and Lion Dance Association will be performing all across Austin and Central Texas at restaurants, temples, markets, schools, and community events throughout February and early March.

We’ve got some big things coming this year and can’t wait to celebrate with the community.

If you’ve never seen a live lion or dragon dance before, come catch us at one of these stops and bring your friends and family.
