Men, the right time to change a habit is rarely when life becomes easier.
It is when you decide the person you are becoming matters more than the pattern keeping you stuck.
This Saturday, join us for a practical Habit Identity Workshop, and Men's Circle at Sacred Grounds CNX. We will explore how identity, values, and small daily actions create change that lasts.
The time does not need to be perfect.
It just needs to be now.

Coming back to an old routine can feel productive.
But familiarity and usefulness aren't the same thing.
We restart meetings, commitments, habits, relationships with technology, training schedules, and ways of working simply because that's what we did before.
A break gives us something valuable: distance.
Before automatically rebuilding the old structure, ask:
Would I deliberately choose this again today?
If the answer is no, maybe it doesn't belong in the next version of your life.
Some things need restarting.
Some need pruning.

I can’t will myself into calm while continuing to push a body that is already depleted.
At some point, more discipline isn’t the answer.
Think of the body like a fire.
A healthy fire needs fuel. It needs oxygen. It needs tending. Keep demanding heat without adding anything back, and eventually there’s nothing left to burn.
We aren’t much different.
Sleep. Food. Water. Movement. Sunlight. Nature. Connection. Rest.
These aren’t rewards we earn after being productive.
They are part of what makes sustained performance possible in the first place.
Sometimes the question isn’t:
“How do I push through this?”
It’s:
“What does the fire need?”
Body. Mind. Life.
