The Living Room is Amparo Garcia-Crow’s 17 year long monthly storytellers event.
It was my 3rd time speaking there. The 1st was in 2011, fresh off the preverbial boat. I arrived in Austin in August and two months later was telling a story on her stage.
I returned to talk about the five pillars of my life and work: geography, identity, culture, history, and beauty.
These running themes culminate in books such as the soon to be released Rogue Entrepreneur as well as in the newly created The Human Atlas Institute.
