After a successful trial run, we’re thrilled to add Youth Wrestling to our regular class lineup! 🎉

Wrestling and jiu-jitsu are the perfect combo…wrestling builds explosive takedowns, hip movement, scrambling, and top control that translate directly to the mat. Kids who cross-train in both develop better balance, more grit, and way more confidence in transitions between standing and ground positions. The improvement in these kids and their grappling has been drastic!🔥

But honestly the biggest win is watching these kids have a blast. The energy in this class has been incredible…hard work, big smiles, and a ton of growth in just a few weeks! 🙌
