Treadmill session on the road. Gotta get it done

30 min easy jog
10 min mobility and activation in the gym
45 min progressive run from 9:00 to 7:45 pace

All sub threshold HR and yes I cleaned the puddle of sweat. It was disgusting

If you lack mobility for good swim form, work on these 3 components.

1. Upward scapular rotation with scrap pulls and dead hangs
2. Plantar flexion with banded ankle extension and partial rev nordics
3. Internal rotation of the arm at the shoulder with banded straight arm pulldowns
