Join Hollie as we use bees as metaphor to introduce and explore concepts of mindfulness & meditation in a kid-friendly way. Incorporating skills of setting seeds of intentions, sharing with and understanding others, pausing to practice patience, and taking appropriate action, we'll find deeper connection with ourselves and with each other.

Meditation is not always blissful. Sometimes it’s restless. Sometimes it’s boring. Sometimes your back hurts, your legs fall asleep, or your mind feels like a cage of angry wasps. This is normal. This is actually the practice. Discomfort in meditation whether physical, mental, or emotional is not a sign you’re doing it wrong. It’s an invitation to meet yourself with curiosity instead of judgment. When you sit with discomfort without running from it, without fixing it immediately, something shifts. You discover you are larger than your discomfort. You learn that you can be present to difficulty without being defeated by it. This is where real transformation begins. This month, we’re exploring discomfort not as an obstacle, but as a teacher.
Read more of Divya's thoughts regarding the difficulty of meditation in our Reflections section of the website, or join her every Sunday morning from 9:45-10:15 to experience it for yourself.

Join Summer for a truly unique childbirth preparation workshop—one that feels more like a deeply connected date night than another task. With 12 years as a doula and nearly 30 years in maternity massage and yoga, I’ve refined this experience to give couples more than information—we create calm, joy, and empowerment.
In this two-hour workshop, partners will gain hands-on tools—massage techniques, comforting touch, and mindful breathwork—that reduce labor pain and stress while enhancing love and bonding.

2026 is a year of transition – individually (always), collectively (intensely), across the board, no way around it. While the major transitions of planets have occurred, landing in realms they will remain in for some time, the waters are still rushing, and the winds continue shifting the sands, making stability a challenge to access.
This is also reflective of the phase of season we share. In late Spring, we experience weather and environments that are seemingly inconsistent. Sometimes it’s chilly, and – more frequently – it’s hot. As the days become longer and light dominates the sky, the impetus for action and expansion increase. However, finding balance require moments of rest and reflection. Only with this stepping back can we gain full perspective in the present moment, recall our intentions, and move forward with full attention and alignment.
Remaining centered amid so much change is part of our practice, both with yoga and in the study of the stars. Each are intended to offer moments of contemplation. With yoga – especially yin – we bring awareness and energy to the connective tissue of the body, and with that sink into the energetic and emotional levels of the self. In studying astrology, we get to recognize patterns and connections in the movement of the stars as they relate to our individual lives and the collective movement through time. Again, it’s all connected, and in our time together we’ll explore the way the two relate to each other.
