Calling all tweens and middle schoolers who are settling into a new school year! Join Amber for this three-part workshop rooted in a loving kindness practice that aims to help tweens channel compassion toward themselves and others as they go back to school in the fall. During each session, we will ground with an affirmation practice, move through a short yoga sequence made just for tweens, and build community with a takeaway craft project.

Join Hollie as we work toward the end of summer, through the season of joy to one of preparation for the colder, darker seasons ahead. Lingering in these days of heat and light, we can foster a sense of connection to our light within. As we continue to hold to our vision, find strength to begin releasing what we can, and move with a confident, open heart.

We will look at astrological themes of the season, current transits, reflect on how that relates to our lives personally and collectively, and weave it all together with the practice of yin yoga.

The Living Yoga Series is an open-format exploration designed to support that journey. Like Mary’s weekly classes, each session begins by checking in with participants to discover what everyone is curious to explore. Rather than following a set curriculum, the conversation and practice are shaped by your questions and experiences. This series offers more time and space to slow down, ask questions, and dive deeper into the practice together.

Together, we’ll explore topics such as the meaning and pronunciation of Om, building strength and stability in transitions and postures, practical ways to use yoga as a resource for navigating ch, and more. Whether we’re exploring the mechanics of a pose or the deeper teachings behind the practice, each session offers insights and practical tools you can carry into your everyday life.

As the series unfolds, each session naturally builds on the questions and conversations that come before, deepening our collective exploration. At the same time, each gathering stands on its own, so you’re welcome to join for one session or all three. Come with a specific question or simply a curiosity to dive deeper.

Sundays, September 6th, 13th, 20th, 12-1:15pm
In-Person Only • $70 Series or $25 Drop-in
Pre-booking suggested - space is limited

Abri Lumiere is Casa Marianella’s family program, which provides shelter and case management services to immigrant families. Join us in assisting the shelter and it’s residents!

Our time will include upkeep of the shelter, with tasks such as cleaning, patching walls, painting, and lawncare. We can only take a small group into the shelter, so if you’re planning on joining us please be sure to reserve a spot so we have a proper head count. Register via the link in the bio.

Help us wish Taylor a Happy Birthday! She is a rock star teacher in our prenatal classes, and in life. From balancing roles of teacher, mother, activist, and performance (among others) she is a new but valued member of our community.

Thank you for bringing your passion and perspective to our studio. Hope the next journey around the sun is a joyful one.

What happens in the moments between?

Between the inhale and exhale.
Between stillness and movement.
Between who we have been and who we are becoming.

Join Meredith for an immersive yoga workshop exploring liminal space—the sacred threshold where transformation begins.

Join Hollie as we use bees as metaphor to introduce and explore concepts of mindfulness & meditation in a kid-friendly way. Incorporating skills of setting seeds of intentions, sharing with and understanding others, pausing to practice patience, and taking appropriate action, we'll find deeper connection with ourselves and with each other.

AGES 7-11 (Younger siblings can attend, if we already know each other)
