Pool swimming and open water swimming are not the same thing and most athletes find that out the hard way on race day.

We built July 18th to fix that.

Coached open water swim-run clinic at Canyon Park, Canyon Lake partnered with WORD of Comal County. Swim and Run instructional blocks taught by people with real experience, certified coaches in the water with you, (food & drink) sustenance included. Real skills, small group, done by noon.

Early bird registration is open now — $50 through June 27th, then $60.

We've been coaching in pools and in open water for almost a year now. The number one thing we hear from athletes is that pool swimming and lake swimming feel completely different and nobody ever taught them how to make that transition.

So we built something to fix that. 👀

On July 18th, Gator Aquatics is hosting a coached open water swim-run clinic at Canyon Park, Canyon Lake. Two full instructional blocks. Real open water skills: sighting, pacing, buoy turns, (the transition) running off a swim. A meal included. And a safety setup that means you can actually focus on learning instead of surviving.

This isn't a race. It's a training day with coaches on the water with you. 🫣

Early registration opens June 20th. Spots are limited and we're keeping the group small on purpose.
