Your partner's reputation is yours too, so protect it as if it were yours. Many men and women get this wrong, especially when there is a misunderstanding in the relationship. They slander and say the ugliest of things about their spouses and partners. Fights and arguments are unfortunately part of even the healthiest relationships. There is no need to slander and gossip about your partner just because you are upset and dissatisfied. Believe it or not, your partner's reputation is also your responsibility to protect.

Have you ever sensed that something might be off in your relationship or marriage? Do you have a nagging suspicion that something is amiss in your relationship or marriage? That’s not paranoia; that’s your intuition trying to protect you. The following might be signs indicating that there is someone else in your partner's life.

Are you thinking about divorce but scared? Are you thinking about divorce but scared? You can divorce him if he has emotionally or physically left the marriage. The narcissist rarely initiates divorce. You can initiate the divorce if he is unwilling to work on the relationship. They are a bunch of cowards who hate to take responsibility for their actions.

The realest woman in a man's corner is often the one he hurts the most. It's crazy how a woman can deeply love a man, stay loyal to him, pray for him, and build him up but still get broken by the same man she spent the best part of her life loving and believing in. Why do men keep hurting good women?

This is advice for my daughter, my sister, and anyone else who wants to hear it. Grab a pen and paper. If you have a friend who views your presence as competition, that's no friend; that's an enemy, and you need to run far away from that so-called friendship. Friends should be collaborators, not competitors.

If you are easily offended, then you may be easily manipulated, and we need to fix this immediately. How do you handle what comes at you? How do you react to their abuse? I ask because this a very important part of fixing and also of the healing process.

Communication is a form of respect and commitment, and one thing people need to stop doing is hiding disrespect under the excuse of being busy. Because let’s tell ourselves the truth. People prioritize what is important to them. Nobody is busy every second of the day. If someone values you, they will find a moment to respond, to check in, to acknowledge your presence.
