I help beginners to healthy lifestyles learn to take a comprehensive, systematic and progressive approach to change via coaching in the areas of fitness, nutrition, and mindset. I am also skilled in helping women manage their PCOS via these methods.
We offer small group Reformer, Mat/Tower and TRX® Fusion classes. Clients also take advantage of private and semi-private Pilates sessions.
We often times focus so much on how to lose weight or be fit that we forget about the most important component: mental health and wellness. We can not be in a healthy physically fit place if we are not mentally fit.
