10 days open. 10 things we’re loving. 🖤

It’s hard to believe we’ve already been open for 10 days, but even in such a short time, there are so many little things that have made us stop and think, “this is exactly what we hoped for.”

1. Seeing the Recovery Suite become part of our members’ routines — sauna, cold plunge and all.
2. Members sharing their time in the studio and tagging us along the way.
3. The spontaneous coaching moments with Coach Rymer that seem to happen throughout the day.
4. Seeing the Nourish Station actually being used and enjoyed.
5. How kind, respectful and considerate our members have been with both the space and each other.
6. Watching a real community already begin to form.
7. Seeing everyone find their own rhythm in the studio and use the space in a way that works for them.
8. The little conversations at the front desk and getting to know the people behind the memberships.
9. Watching members go from their first walkthrough to walking in like they’ve been here forever.
10. Seeing something we spent so much time planning finally become part of people’s everyday lives.

Ten days in, and Bolfrey Fitness Studios already feels like so much more than a place to work out.

Meet Rymer 👊🏽

Co-Owner. Lead Trainer. NASM Certified.

Rymer has spent more than 15 years strength training, and now he’s bringing that experience into Bolfrey Fitness Studios — helping members build strength, gain confidence, and feel comfortable pushing themselves beyond what they thought they could do.

If you’ve met Rymer, you already know the personality behind the title. He’s laid-back, encouraging, probably going to make you laugh somewhere between sets — but he also knows when it’s time to work.

Outside of the studio, you’ll usually find him with Eryka and their little sidekick, Willow.

For Rymer, Bolfrey Fitness Studios is about more than opening a gym. It’s about creating a place where people can train with purpose, be challenged, and become stronger in every sense of the word.

You’ll be seeing plenty of him around the studio — whether he’s training clients, leading a class, or jumping in to help a member. 💪🏽

We are still feeling all the love from our opening!

Thank you so much to everyone who came out to support Bolfrey Fitness Studios. We are beyond excited to officially open our doors and begin building an incredible community together. We can’t wait to meet every person who walks through these doors—you are the ones who will make this place so special.

Ribbon Cutting Celebration! ✂️🎉

Today, the KV Chamber celebrated the official opening of Bolfrey Fitness Studios with a Ribbon Cutting!

Located at 171 Capitol Street, Suite 3 in Augusta, Bolfrey Fitness Studios is a new membership-based strength training studio offering a thoughtfully designed space for members to train, recover, and build lasting strength in a supportive community. 💪✨

The celebration continues tomorrow, August 22, from 10 AM–1 PM with their Grand Opening Celebration! Stop by to tour the new studio, meet the owners, and enjoy giveaways and refreshments. 🎉
