Kicking off our ✨ Meet The Team Tuesday ✨ with Braelyn Brown
“Hi y’all! My name is Braelyn Brown, and I’m from Houston, Texas! I came to Auburn for college and unexpectedly graduated a year early this August with my degree in Management. I’m kicking off my mini post-grad life here in Auburn, where you can catch me either at the front desk or teaching at BODYROK! 💖
I love long walks, all things health and wellness, spending time with friends, and, of course, Pilates! I recently found my love for Pilates, and BODYROK quickly became one of my favorite places. I love the energy, challenge, and community that comes with every class.
My goal as an instructor is to create a fun and motivating environment that leaves you feeling strong, confident, and accomplished. I can’t wait to continue meeting everyone and cheering you on in class!
