This week is about getting our bodies back, cleaning up the little things, and getting mentally ready for what comes next. We’ve earned an opportunity to recover; don’t waste it.

The bye week isn't about taking a week OFF.
It's about coming back a week BETTER.

HISTORY MADE. BUT WE AIN’T SATISFIED.

3-0. FIRST TIME IN SCHOOL HISTORY. 🔴⚫️

Tonight wasn’t pretty. It was a fight. But when it was time to finish, our boys found a way and got the job done. Braswell 13. Plano West 10.

We’re proud of this team and what they just accomplished — but 3-0 isn’t the destination. We’ve got plenty to clean up, plenty to correct, and plenty of football left to play.

Now we hit the bye week. Recover. Correct. Get better. Then we come back ready to go 1-0 again.

History made tonight. Standard still being built. 😤🐅

🔴⚫️ BENGAL NATION — WEEK 3 IS HERE!

We’re 2-0, and we earned every bit of it. But last week is DONE. New week. New opponent. Same mission:

GO 1-0.

This week we’ve got Plano West, and it’s going to take a full week of preparation to get what we want Friday night. Details matter. Practice matters. Film matters. Recovery matters. Handle your business all week so Friday can take care of itself.

MONDAY — LABOR DAY: Varsity/JV practice & lift 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. 🚨 NO FRESHMAN PRACTICE. Freshmen are welcome to come out and WATCH varsity/JV practice if they want to learn and get some extra mental reps.

TUESDAY: Freshmen 7:30–9:00 AM | Varsity 3:40–6:00 PM

WEDNESDAY: Freshmen 7:30–9:00 AM | Varsity 3:40–6:00 PM + lift after practice
