Taekwondo is a Korean martial art known for its dynamic kicking techniques. It's a traditional art and also an Olympic sport. Taekwondo uses 30% hand techniques and 70% kicking techniques. We teach World Taekwondo Federation and International Taekwondo Federation Styles. We offer classes for children. We provide a free uniform with sign-up, family discounts, family class, demonstration team, advanced training classes, and our 3 main programs: Taekwondo, Ninja Trix, Fitness Kickboxing, and we host Birthday Parties! "The loyalty of a sidekick, the heart, power & strength of a tiger, the mind, body, and spirit of Taekwondo."
