At the HCS Athletics x iDareU Middle School Showcase, student-athletes will experience elite training designed to develop the complete athlete.

Athletes will work through:
Combine-style evaluations: speed, agility, athletic testing, and movement assessment.
Positional technique: skill-specific instruction for girls flag football and boys tackle football.
Football IQ: decision-making, awareness, communication, and game-speed ex*****on.
