The studio design and feel is a fusion of modern flare with organic texture. Included in the facility are full locker rooms with showers and complimentary toiletries. There are two heated yoga rooms, one private practice room, a meditation hall and a fitness room. Each room offers therapeutic features based on sound and color. The colors will change based on movement and meaning given to a specific class. The environment of our facility will serve as a reminder of the 4 elements, earth, wind, fire, and water, with subtle hints of their presence throughout. Upon entering the studio you will be warmly welcomed by our yogi advisors who are dedicated to your experience and personal growth. Our class menu is conveniently separated into 3 categories, body, mind and soul so that you are able to grow in each area starting with body moving to mind and create balance with all three in soul. In our “body” category you will find that the classes offered are geared towards endurance, power and strength. We will introduce fusion classes mixing yoga with spinning, TRX and weights. In our “mind” category we focus on freedom from the mental body through various yoga styles, such as, Vinyasa, Hot, and Power Fusion. Last but not least, our “soul” category is where you can obtain ultimate freedom from the modern day stresses through meditation classes, ecstatic dance and intuitive flow. From here, you are able to realize that there is much more to who you are than the body and mind. Through practice of this final gateway you will come to know overall balance and peace.
