When student-athletes workout with their teams, individual skills are not emphasized but TEAM play/concepts are the focal point. J-4 Sports, LLC provides small group/individual training for student-athletes that want to improve their individual skill sets. It is recommended that students receive two-three training sets per week and they must workout independently or with partners on the days that they are not with J-4 Sports, LLC. Coach Floyd McRae has been in the business of Marketing, Consultation and Training for over 20 years in which he has helped young men and women improve not only in their overall physical skill level but in their mental capacity to understand the true meaning of basketball. The frequency of the workouts will lead to not only an increased skill set but players will have a deeper understanding of why they are doing what they are doing. They will also see a sense of motivation and they will see a positive difference in their game overall. Finally, there’s a reason and a method of why Coach McRae coached a team which finished with a historic record of 33-0. It is a reason and a method of why he left a State Championship team and took over a program that only won 4 games and within four years that program did the following: Year 1- Finished 13-13 and one game shy of making the state tournament while starting four 9th graders and 1 sophomore; Year 2- made it to the Elite 8; Year 3-State-Champion Runner-up; Year 4 – His team was the number 1 team in Georgia regardless of classification. Remember, development is a process. It won’t happen overnight.
