Nirvana Yoga Studios

Nineteen years ago, I opened a yoga studio in the middle of the wildest and most self destructive time of my life. This journey started with three other gorgeous intrepid souls: Sarah and Meli Cordero, and Brett Wayne Nabors. I’m forever grateful to them for our first year.

I loved having a physical yoga home to share. I’ve loved taking a break from that since Sept 2021. I still own and operate a yoga studio, it’s virtual, with occasional in person whimsical offerings. This fits for now.

I want to acknowledge the talent and unwavering commitment of two yoga teachers that have led classes for our virtual students continuously since March 15, 2020: Kenneth and Mary Frances 🩷🫶🏼To you both, I send the deepest gratitude. This ship would have sunk without you, many times over.

To the students, past, present, and future. THANK YOU. I LOVE YOU.

I feel it in my bones that something is brewing. I’ll have a space like this again.

May your practice ground you and take you to new heights. May you be surrounded by love and protection. May you find the exact right spaces for you.
