In session today, we processed how what looked like “just s*x” was actually deeper.
Underneath it was a lack of security.
A lack of vision.
A lack of self-esteem.
A lack of meaning.

So s*x became the plan.
The validation.
The identity.
The survival strategy.

But healing is realizing you were ALWAYS worth more than what you could offer access to.

Your body was never meant to carry the weight of your identity.
Freedom begins when you stop confusing being desired with being valued.

God did not die on the cross for you to remain trapped in cycles that keep you disconnected from who you truly are.👑

I’m not waiting to see it.
I see it, so it becomes.

From vision to visibility.
From prayer to placement.

Pride is subtle, it convinces you that you don’t need God while quietly pulling you away from Him.
In Isaiah 2, everything elevated in self will be brought low, and only God will remain lifted high.

Choose humility. That’s where grace meets you.

God’s restoration isn’t just external, it’s deeply internal. He’s not only restoring what was taken from your hands! He’s restoring what was lost within your heart.

Your peace.
Your joy.
Your confidence.
Your sense of safety.
Your ability to trust yourself again.

What felt broken is being renewed. What felt lost is being returned WHOLE

Today reminded me that even the smallest “yes” to God matters. When you invite Him into your decisions, your words, your discipline, and your daily life💯 He aligns moments, people, and opportunities in ways only He can. Meeting Sarah Jakes Roberts wasn’t luck… it was alignment. Stay intentional. Stay faithful. God is already working ahead of you. 🤍

Trauma bonds feel like a roller coaster…

The highs are euphoric.
The lows are devastating.
And somehow… you keep getting back on.

You tell yourself,
“Maybe this time will be different.”
“Maybe this climb means something better is coming.”

But every time, it loops.
Same drop.
Same fear.
Same ending…

Right back where you started.

That’s the trap.
Not the intensity… the pattern.

And the longer you stay on the ride,
the more your body mistakes chaos for connection.

Healing isn’t about enduring the ride.
It’s about having the awareness to step off.

You don’t need another high to prove it
