❄️ Weather Update: Studio Closure Tomorrow Due to Icy Conditions
Dear Patients and Clients,
Out of an abundance of caution due to icy road conditions and the expected decrease in temperature, Stability will be closed tomorrow.
If you are interested in having a virtual session, please let us know — this is an available option and we are happy to accommodate where possible.
Your safety is our priority. Please stay safe and warm. We look forward to seeing you back in the studio later this week or very soon.
Warm Regards,
The Stability Team

Kegels aren’t for everyone!
Pelvic floor muscle training is helpful when weakness is present, but research shows many pelvic floor conditions involve muscle overactivity or poor relaxation, not just weakness.
In these cases, strengthening alone can worsen pain and pelvic symptoms.
Evidence-based pelvic floor PT starts with an individual assessment to determine whether the pelvic floor needs relaxation, coordination, or strengthening.
Come see us at Stability Pilates and Physical Therapy for an individualized assessment with our Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist!
