Morning track workout followed by some hills to beat the heat. Paved hills aren’t our favorite, but it’s better than slipping and sliding on the dew covered grass.

1st XC practice of the 2026 season is in the books!
Not the full squad — had a couple come in with injuries — but a good 1st practice for those cleared to participate. Can’t wait to have the whole gang together soon.
