For optimal health, focus on getting essential vitamins and minerals like D3+K, B12, Omega 3, Calcium, Iron, Aminos, Magnesium, (take magnesium at night ) and Zinc from a balanced diet, but supplements are good to take to fill in the gaps with 😊
Here are a few I recommend . I mix it up with gummies and liquids since I dont like taking a bunch of pills.😊
Always consult a doctor to check for deficiencies and tailor your needs🥰 PM me if you have questions.
Most people obsess over the scale… but the real key is body fat %.
It’s not just about being lighter — it’s about being leaner.
Here’s how to actually lower body fat 👇
✅ Calorie deficit – Burn more calories than you eat. No deficit = no fat loss.
✅ Strength training – Lifting weights tells your body to keep muscle while losing fat. That’s how you get lean and toned, not just “skinny.”
✅ Protein intake – About 0.8–1g per pound of bodyweight. Protein keeps you full, speeds recovery, and protects muscle.
✅ Daily movement – Steps, walking, even fidgeting add up. This burns way more across the day than a single workout.
✅ Patience + consistency – Real results take time. Quick fixes don’t last.
Stop chasing the scale. Focus on lowering body fat % — that’s how you build a body that looks better and feels better. 💪
