Conditioning at the end of the workout can be very beneficial to help you increase your endurance in your legs and help prepare you for the long journey of the season leading into camp. Be careful not to over do it, but be sure not to skip it either.
The last ball is the last ball! Prepare yourself to be able to make the kicks when you’re supposed to.In the game of football you don’t get redos, kickers are counted on to deliver and the ones that do become trusted and gain more opportunities.
