Week 4 • Session 6 ✅

We closed out the first half of the year with a bang - 21 Gun Salute with Thanh, a fast-paced But did you Dice with Katie, and finished strong with the Marvelous 3 workout led by Susan. Proud of every sweat, rep, and smile. Who’s ready for round two? 🔥💪🏽

Week 3, Day 8 🔺👊🏽

Commando Cone Sprints with Anthony - a high energy workout that had campers racing, competing, and cheering each other on from start to finish!

Campers brought great energy and determination as they pushed through each round, proving that hard work and teamwork go hand in hand. It was the perfect way to finish another fantastic week of Operation BootCamp.

Week 3, Day 6: the Accumulator with Missy 🔺💪🏽

Campers worked their way up and down a pyramid of exercises, adding a new movement with each round on the way up and then removing one exercise at a time on the way back down.

This workout helped campers develop:
🔥 Muscular endurance
🧠 Memory and concentration
💪🏽 Full-body strength and stamina
👊🏽 Perseverance through every level of the pyramid

📍 Week 2, Day 5 - the Walk with Katie 📍

We wrapped up week 2 with The Wall with Katie - turning the walls around Miami Circle into our very own outdoor fitness station!

This workout was all about:
🔥 Building total-body strength
💪🏽 Improving muscular endurance
⚡️ Developing perseverance and confidence
👊🏽 Encouraging teammates every step of the way

Campers showed incredible determination, positive attitudes, and a willingness to take on every challenge. What a great way to celebrate the end of another successful week of Operation Boot Camp.

📍 Week 2, Day 4 - Shape Up with Susan 📍

A fast-paced challenge that kept everyone moving and thinking.

This workout combined speed, teamwork, communication and problem-solving into one exciting competition. The energy was high, the races were close l. And everyone gave it their all.

📍 Week 2, Day 3 — Monday’s 4 Corners Workout 📍

Who says Mondays have to be boring? 💪🏃‍♀️🔥

Today’s 4 Corners workout kept us on the move with a combination of running and strength stations at each corner. Just when we caught our breath from the run, it was time to tackle the next exercise before heading off to the next station. Round after round, we built strength, endurance, and a little mental toughness along the way.

A big shoutout to Thanh for leading us through a fantastic workout and helping us kick off the week with energy and purpose. Your creativity and encouragement made those corners a little more fun—and a lot more challenging!

Week 2 is underway, and this crew continues to show up, work hard, and support each other every step of the way. That’s how we make Mondays count. 👊

🚨 Jump School: Week 1, Day 2 🚨

Welcome to Friday, campers! 💪🏃‍♀️

Today’s Jump School workout kept us light on our feet and moving fast. We tackled cone drills that challenged our agility, coordination, and quick thinking, with plenty of cardio sprinkled in to keep those heart rates soaring. 🔥

Every sprint, shuffle, hop, and turn was another step toward getting stronger, faster, and more confident. The week may be young, but this crew is already showing up and putting in the work!

Here’s to finishing the week strong and carrying that momentum into the weekend. 👊

✈️WINGMAN WORKOUT ✈️

No one flies solo in this workout! 💪🔥 The Wingman Workout was all about teamwork, motivation, and pushing each other to the next level. Partners worked through the exercises together, and once finished, headed back to pick up their wingman so they could start the next round side by side. 🙌

This workout proved that having someone cheering you on, challenging you, and grinding beside you makes every round stronger. 💥

The sweat was real, the energy was high, and the teamwork was unstoppable! Proud of this crew for showing up for themselves and for each other. 👊

💥 1000 REP SMASH 💥

This workout was all about grit, teamwork, and refusing to quit! 💪🔥 Partners teamed up to tackle 10 different exercises, alternating between crushing reps and heading out for a run before jumping back in to help finish the set.

100 reps at a time.
10 exercises total.
1000 reps SMASHED together. 👊

The energy was high, the legs were burning, and the teamwork was unmatched. Every run, every rep, and every bit of encouragement pushed this crew closer to the finish line.
Proud of everyone for digging deep and proving that hard work is always better with a partner by your side! 🙌
