Happy 22nd to my oldest Summer. What a whirlwind the last few weeks have been and I’ve loved every minute. Seeing you graduate college makes me proud! Meeting your boyfriend and seeing you so happy makes me happy. Watching you grow into the amazing young woman you are fills me with so much joy. Through all the ups and downs, you have come out triumphant and that’s what makes you SO special. Now for the celebration this evening.
-Well, I’ve always been a day late and a dollar (many dollars) short, but there it is. Love you kiddo!

Hard to believe Ryder is already a senior. My boy has played baseball for so many years and here we are. Proud of your accomplishments son!

Happy 18th Ryder, Oh how you’ve grown! Another year older, but still a goon! We’ve all enjoyed watching you grow up into the fine young man you are. So proud of all your accomplishments! Love ya bud!

If we aren’t setting our people up to succeed then we have failed them. Make sure they’re ready with the best group and a frictionless drivetrain. SRAM Force E1 AXS is about to make a beauty Madone into a new machine. Red ceramic bottom bracket and a Silca hot wax chain to keep it smooth.
-You can get where you’re going without a sweet bike, but it sure is nice to enjoy the ride.

Well…I’m quite late on this post!
-First, Happy New Year to you all and I hope you all had a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah and Happy Holidays.
-Second, I am very grateful for all in my life in 2025 and onward to 2026.
-Now with that being said, 2025 threw me and many others some tough curve balls! I had some health issues that drastically reduced my capabilities and many aspects of my life, but I’ll elaborate on that in another post. We lost some legends in our cycling community, several of those as the end of 2025. I lost my cousin Aaron, who was like my big brother, to Cancer in November. He was diagnosed and gone within weeks. F Cancer! Thanksgiving was different, Christmas was different…it’s been hard. I am truly blessed to have my heart back to normal, my lovely Kristin by my side, my amazing kids Summer and Ryder set to graduate College and High school in a few months, my parents, sister and brother, Team NOMAD and all our cycling family to keep me moving forward. Love Y’all.
