This week and month are full of celebrations (Cinco de Mayo, National Small Business Week, Mother's Day, graduations, etc.)! I am especially mindful of and grateful for the mamas who run so many small businesses and raise babies. You embody the lifeblood and spirit of our communities!

As a single mama myself, I know first hand that running a small business and raising babies is full of hard work and so much joy! Your mothering and your work matters more than words or gifts can convey and I hope you feel seen and loved on this day and every day! Keep showing up and offering your purpose work to this world that needs you desperately!

Since I encourage my clients to claim their wins, I am going to practice what I preach and share recent feedback by one of my LHH clients. It is such a joy to support people, especially during one of the hardest times of their lives. I don't take that honor lightly.
