Whether your are meeting with your Doctor or applying for insurance, a better incicator of your health and fitness is your Body Fat Percentage and more specifically, Visceral Fat. BMI is just not a reliable indicator of anything in reality. It is EASIER to measure BMI, but easy could cost you dearly.

âMy doctor told me I had to make changes.â
Thatâs usually how the conversation starts.
Not with a goal to lose weight.
Not because they suddenly wanted abs or a new wardrobe.
But because a doctor looked them in the eye and said something like:
âIf you donât take this seriously now, the next few years wonât look the way you think they will.â
Most of them didnât feel that bad yet.
They were still working. Still showing up. Still âfunctional.â
But underneath thatâŚ
Blood sugar creeping up.
Cholesterol no longer borderline.
Blood pressure needing âjust a little help.â
Energy not coming back like it used to.
And the most confusing part?
They were already trying.
Walking more. Eating âpretty well.â Doing what they thought they were supposed to do.
What they didnât realize yet is this:
đ The body doesnât break down all at once.
đ It whispers before it screams.
đ And most people donât know how to listen.
Over the next few days, Iâm going to share the patterns I see again and again in people whoâve been warnedâand what actually helps them turn things around before medication becomes the only option.

One week into the GO!60 Challenge, and I'm nearly 2 lbs. up in muscle mass and nearly 2% down in body fat.
