Michelle is the broker and owner of Foundation Partners Realty where she leads the brokerage team and supports agents with training, compliance, and client service.
In her second year on the board, Michelle has been a key part in all the programs we offer throughout the year.

She is a proud mom of two amazing kids and enjoys cooking with family and friends to unwind after a long day.

Michelle is known for her innovation, professionalism, loyalty, kindness, and sharing her over two decades worth of experience with those around her.

We are lucky to have Michelle on our team and can't wait for the next program together!

Meet New PWB member Vanessa Sanchez, Project Manager at Legacy Stonescapes LLC.

With three years of experience in the stone masonry and construction industry, she's built a career around turning complex challenges into seamless results.

She is proud to be part of a company she genuinely believes in. For Vanessa, Legacy Stonescapes LLC isn’t just a workplace — it’s a team of dedicated craftspeople committed to excellence, and that inspires every single day.

Her background as a bilingual educator gave her a strong foundation in communication, leadership, and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. She carries those skills into every project she manages, fostering collaboration across teams and ensuring that every stakeholder feels heard, valued, and informed from start to finish.

When she's not managing projects, she's coaching soccer, raising three incredible kids alongside her husband, or getting lost in a good book. She believes that growth never stops — professionally or personally — and she brings that mindset to everything she does.

We’re shining a light on Lauren, a key member of our Atlanta PWB community!
As a Business Development Specialist with Lower Mortgage and part of our Communications Committee, Lauren is the creative force behind so many of the moments you love—birthday shoutouts, event videos, and more including favorite moments from Backyard Builder Bash.
A natural leader (she’s the oldest of eight!), Lauren brings that same energy to raising her three little boys—and to everything she does within PWB.
Before joining the building industry, she owned an equestrian training and sales business, teaching riders of all ages and working with horses from Europe.
Be sure to say hello when you see her around—she’s is even more fun and welcoming than the content she helps create!
