Tennis is really not as complicated as so many players and coaches try to make it. This is my common advice for players:

Let's go!!!!

Don't leave one shot on that court that you might have one chance to get to.

Use your brain and figure out how to hit your strength to their weakness every point.

Do this until you get it right and then destroy them so they never want to play again.

What time will Nadal vs. Zverev start?

The Nadal vs. Zverev match will be played on Court Philippe-Chatrier in the men's First Round of the day, which is expected to start roughly around 8:30 a.m. ET. The timing of the match will depend on when the two prior matches scheduled on Philippe-Chatrier conclude. You can find the exact order of play at Roland Garros here.
