After taking ill and going down and being hospitalized 2X and then staying sick for 3 years with not being able to get in the gym all that time, GOD took me from 280lbs to 188lbs in 5 months. Ish crazy but here I stand with a testimony of GODs grace and mercy. Only GOD can do it.
