David Keil will be back at Balance in March and we cannot wait! David has a great way of supporting your practice without being overbearing. He gives space and guidance with precision! There are only about 15 spaces still available for Mysore and they will go fast—reserve your space while you can!

I’ve been on a roll lately, but lady’s holiday through the weekend slowed me down and I didn’t want to practice this morning. Somehow I motivated myself with my writing and got to work. 😂 I had to follow my own advice and I’m happy I did!
