Every time you walk in the door at CFEC, there is a CrossFit Certified Trainer who will guide you through the warm-up and coach you during the Workout of the Day (WOD). Our small group fitness classes ensure hands on attention and instruction; you will never be on your own. Our dynamic CrossFit workouts keep you engaged, heighten fitness levels and strength, and make your body look good. We train on all ten CrossFit Fitness Domains: cardiovascular respiratory endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy. Our strength program emphasizes on basic barbell movements such as the squat, deadlift, bench press, and overhead press, along with Olympic lifts.
