Three years ago, this organization began with a vision and a purpose to create a legitimate platform for female athletes, one built around the belief in their boundless potential and a commitment to giving them the opportunities and recognition they deserve. Today, that vision is alive in ways we could have only imagined!

Our athletes continue to show us what it means to be passionately committed to playing for one another. They train with consistency and determination, embrace hard things, compete for something bigger than themselves, and are building a legacy they can be incredibly proud of.

Over these three years, AGT teams have earned multiple Top 10 national finishes on some of the biggest platforms in the country - an accomplishment we are extremely proud of, but the trophies, rankings and finishes only tell part of the story. The real story is found in the work when no one is watching, the relationships built along the way, the teammates who become family, the coaches who pour into these young women, the families who sacrifice endlessly to make it all possible, and the commitment to doing things with excellence day in and day out!

They’re looking for an athlete who is competitive, coachable, team-focused and willing to WORK & GROW. Someone who wants to be challenged, wants to compete against great competition and wants to be surrounded by teammates with the same goals.

Softball America by Rule 42 has released its Class of 2028 Top 150 Players, and all 4️⃣ of these young women earned a spot among the best players in the country, while also ranking Top 15 in the state of Georgia! 🔥

🏆🇺🇸 COMING HOME A CHAMPION!!! 🇺🇸🏆

A HUGE congratulations to our girl, Dakota Jones of our Athletics Gold Tamborra/Schiller-Jones 2032 team, who is coming home a USA Softball 12U Region 3 All-American CHAMPION! 🥇

Dakota didn’t just represent on the All-American stage at iconic Devon Park in Oklahoma City - she absolutely showed OUT! 🔥 Region 3 went a perfect 7-0 on its way to the championship, and Dakota was a force throughout the entire run.

She finished the tournament leading her team with an incredible .636 batting average, going 7-for-11 at the plate! 💥 And when the championship was on the line, Dakota DELIVERED - driving in 4 runs on 2 hits to help Region 3 dominate the title game, 10-1! 🏆

What an incredible accomplishment and experience for this young baller. We could not be more proud to have Dakota representing our AGT organization on the national stage.

Congratulations, Dakota!!! ALL-AMERICAN CHAMPION has a pretty nice ring to it!

It’s officially Back-to-School Week and the start of the GHSA School Softball Season for our Georgia girls!

Wishing all of our AGT athletes an incredible school year filled with big goals, great memories, success in the classroom, and plenty of wins on the dirt! We can’t wait to watch you represent your schools, compete alongside your classmates, and show out!

Work hard. Play hard. Make memories. Be a great teammate. And most importantly… MAKE IT THE BEST YEAR YET! ⭐️

A true leader, mentor, and teacher of the game, Coach Orebaugh pours his heart into every player and every opportunity. His knowledge of softball is second to none, but it’s the way he leads with integrity, humility, passion, and genuine care that makes the biggest impact. He’s the guy who makes everyone around him better!

We are incredibly grateful for all you do and even more grateful that you’re part of the AGT Family. We hope today is filled with all the joy you so freely give to others.

THANK YOU, Coaches!!! For more than 15 years, Coaches Mark Ashley and Jeremy Waller have poured their hearts into this game and into the lives of the athletes they’ve coached!

Their dedication, loyalty, and knowledge have helped shape not only winning teams, but young women prepared for the next chapter of life. Along the way, they’ve helped 150+ athletes continue their softball careers at the collegiate level - an incredible legacy that speaks for itself.

Together, they’ve built programs from the ground up, grown from coaching their own daughters’ teams to leading teams on the national stage, and in recent years have continued coaching purely for the love of the game, even after their own kids had moved on. That kind of commitment is rare.

This season was another example of what they’ve built: a 36-10 record while competing against one of the toughest regional schedules around. But their impact has never been measured only by wins and losses.

They challenged every player to embrace the mindset that Kobe Bryant lived by:
• Believe in yourself.
• Get better every single day.
• Prove them wrong.
• Attack your weaknesses.
• Execute what you practice.
• Learn from greatness.
• Learn from both wins and losses.
• Stay mindful.
• Be ambitious.
• Believe in your team.

Those principles became more than words, they became the standard!

Thank you, Coach Mark and Coach Jeremy, for the countless hours, the sacrifices, the lessons, and the belief you’ve instilled in so many athletes. Your influence extends far beyond the softball field, and your legacy will continue through every player whose life you’ve impacted.

What a run for our Athletics Gold Tamborra/Olson 2029 14U team at the Premier Girls Fastpitch Nationals in the 14U Premier Bracket! Against one of the deepest fields of talent in the country, this squad competed with nothing but grit, toughness, and heart from the first pitch to the last, finishing with an outstanding 9-2 record and earning a 7th-place finish out of 76 of the nation’s best teams!

To cap it off, they finished as the top-performing team from the state of Georgia! This group didn’t just represent AGT - they represented Georgia on the national stage with pride.

Congrats to our players, coaches, and families on an unforgettable national tournament and a great overall season. We couldn’t be more proud!
