She accumulated over 4,000 minutes of game time and achieved a career save percentage of over 79%. Cara began her professional career with the Pride this season.

Congrats to Maci Teater (Maci Teater) who completed a mid-season transfer to Sporting Jax (Sporting Club Jax Women’s Team 🔥). Maci’s contract is two years with an option through the summer of 2029.

A midfielder from St. Louis, Missouri, Maci began her collegiate career at the University of North Carolina before playing her final two seasons at Vanderbilt University. While at Vandy, she contributed 4 goals and 11 assists while achieving an 83.7% pass accuracy. She spent the past season with Grindavík/Njarðvík in Iceland.

Welcome to Inspired and congratulations to Zofia Giętkowska (Zofia Giętkowska) on signing a one-year contract with Rio Ave (Mais Rio Ave)in Portugal through the end of the 2026-27 season!

A dynamic winger from Poland, Zofia played for Pogoń Szczecin in the Ekstraliga for the past three seasons. She helped Pogoń win the league and cup and also played in the Champions League. Over the course of her career with the club, she amassed more than 3,000 minutes of game time and recorded double-digit goals and assists. During the 2025-26 season, she was top 5 in the league in nearly every attacking category.

Congrats to Josie Aulicino (josie!) on signing a contract with Calgary Wild (Calgary Wild FC) through the end of the 2026 season.

A midfielder from Northville, Michigan, Josie played collegiate soccer at Northwestern University, where she was a five-year starter and an All-Region player. She began her professional career with Box Hill United in Australia where she helped lead her team to the Victoria NPL Championship. Josie spent the past season with Canberra United in the A-League in Australia where she started all 21 matches.

Congratulations to Katy Byrne (Katy Byrne) on signing a contract extension with Gnistan IF (IF Gnistan Naiset) through the end of the 2028 season!

A midfielder from Katy, Texas, Katy played collegiate soccer at Pepperdine University where she helped the team to two West Coast Conference Championships. She began her professional career as a national team replacement player for the Portland Thorns before moving overseas to play for teams in Hungary and Finland. Prior to Gnistan, Katy was with KTP Kotka in the second division in Finland where, in 2024, she was selected as Midfielder of the Year and, in 2025, she won the Golden Boot scoring 18 goals and contributing 15 assists. Since joining Gnistan, she has already scored 4 goals!

Congrats to Emely van der Vliet (Emely Vliet) on signing a contract with Genk (krcgenkladies) who play in the top flight in Belgium. Emely’s contract runs through the 2026-27 season.

A midfielder from Rosmalen, the Netherlands, Emely played youth soccer with OJC Rosmalen and Nooit Gedacht before moving to the United States to play college soccer. She spent two years at the University of Tennessee-Martin and finished her career with two seasons at Quinnipiac University. Emely was recognized in the conference best XI all four years. Since graduating, Emely has played professionally in Austria and Finland. She spent the past season with NAC Breda in the Netherlands.

Congrats to Jenna Tivnan (Jenna) who signed a contract with HJK (HJK Naiset) who play in the top flight in Finland. Jenna signed a contract through the end of the 2026 season.

A central defender from Easton, Massachusetts, Jenna played collegiate soccer at Syracuse University, where she started 66 of 66 matches. She began her professional career with Racing Power in Portugal before spending the past two seasons with SCU Torreense where she was named Liga BPI defender of the year.

Congrats to Tessa Salvestrin (Tessa Salvestrin) for signing a contract with Adelaide United (Adelaide United Football Club) who play in the A-League in Australia through the end of the 2026-27 season.

A forward from St. Helena, California , Tessa played collegiate soccer at Saint Mary’s College, where she scored 15 goals and contributed 11 assists over 3 seasons. She began her professional career with SCU Torreense. Tessa helped lead her team to two Portugal Cup Championships and a Portuguese Supercup victory.
