We aren’t always all together in the studio, so when we are, we obviously have to get a picture! 📸💚

Our quarterly team meeting was last week, and it’s always a good excuse to get the whole crew in one place to catch up, share studio updates, learn from each other, and enjoy some quality time together.

And this time, there was a little extra reason to soak up our time together. 🥹 These next couple of weeks are your final chances to take a class or private with Grace O (grace o'gara) before she heads off to the London School of Economics next month to pursue her master’s degree! 🎓

We are so proud of our international scholar, but we’re going to miss her so much. Grace has been such a ray of sunshine on the Contour team, and it has been a joy to watch her grow both personally and professionally during her time with us. We’re already counting down to her return! 💚

Catch Grace for one of her final classes:

🚗 Parking update! 🚗

The parking lot at Contour has recently changed its parking procedures. The good news? Parking is still free for our clients - you'll just need to follow a few new steps depending on when you arrive.

Meet Jairyn, our newest Rising Instructor and a member of our latest Mentorship Program cohort. 💫

Jairyn began her Pilates journey in 2022, looking for a way to reconnect with herself after graduating college. What she found was a practice rooted in the mind-body connection - one that continues to keep her grounded and present. As she completes her comprehensive certification through Balanced Body, her goal is to help others experience that same sense of connection, both in their bodies and in their everyday lives.

We're so excited to support Jairyn, along with the rest of our newest mentorship cohort, as they continue learning from our incredible instructors, refining their teaching skills, and growing into thoughtful, knowledgeable Pilates educators.

Be sure to say hello when you see Jairyn around the studio, and catch her teaching group classes Sundays at 4PM, Mondays at 7AM, and Wednesdays at 7AM! 💚
