Knight Fight is back! We are excited to promote our new classes.
A cardio boxing class and a self defense focused class at Team Lis Smash Strength Training in East Atlanta Village.
We also have an intermediate class once a week at Iron root studios.
Our instructor Kira Knight takes private lessons and will also travel locally to give group workshops with her assistant instructor Kylie Trace.

Knight Fight TSD is dedicated to bringing a comprehensive, effective self defense system to the Trans People of the Atlanta GA area. We are working hard with many LGBTQIA+ organizations in the area to reach more people and expend our classes to provide more opportunities for students to join us.
Our classes remain donation based and are currently located at Metropolitan Studios in EAV.
Our head instructor Kira Knight is available for private instruction and can travel for workshops out of state or the area.

There will be no Knight Fight Self Defense classes this Monday October 17th. Classes return to normal times the following Monday, October 24th at Metropolitan Studios at 5:45pm.

Greetings Friends! We are excited to announce that starring next week, Monday September 12th we will be changing our classes to a regular reoccurring weekly Monday block! Classes will be from 5:45pm to 7:15pm at Metropolitan Studios in East Atlanta Village. Classes will remain donation based for accessibility. If you're trans or LGBTQIA and are interested in learning self defense/martial arts in a safe environment, please consider checking us out!
