Late post but such a good time at one of our favorite venues. Some highlights include:

Louie and Tessa- Great solid rounds in the jr/am 1.10s just small mistakes in each keeping them out of top placings but overall a great week!

Paul and Elsie- This duo had big improvement throughout the week working on making their hunter rounds smoother and even had top placings in the Junior hunters as well as a beautiful national derby round in the grand prix ring!

Luigi and Rosalie- This was this new pairs first show together and they had a great learning week. Lots of nice placing and areas to work and improve even more but overall a great week!

Bruno is an incredibly special 3 ring (well really 4 ring) horse! Do you want to do Hunters? Jumpers? Equitation? Dressage? This is your guy. He will get you there and it does not matter the day. He is the same guy every day and ready to do whatever you like and then return to the same guy.!

He has just the most amazing personality on the ground. Quiet, loving, easy to clip/load/bathe/transport. Easy keeper. No vices. Very minor maintenance. Just over all the best guy to be around.

With us, Bruno has competed as a Children's Hunter, a 1.0 meter Jumper, and an equitation mount over the past few years with his current owner. He has plenty of scope for the 1.10 meter jumpers or Junior hunters as well with a future owner.

Before us, Bruno competed as a cross country horse jumping to 3ft 6 but he did not love that job. He much prefers his life as a hunter/jumper/dressage horse.

Bruno was IDA Horse of the year at IEA/IDA Nationals this spring 2026 with nearly every single rider riding him winning!

This guy is truly one of a kind. He is easy enough for an amateur to continue on, but he does need a confident rider. He can be spooky to things outside the arena. He does not stop however and takes all of the jokes.

So proud of our adult IEA rider Julie Hagen for facing new challenges tonight! She rode two horses that were out of her comfort zone and nailed it. The two thoroughbreds Dorado and Ruby didn’t do too bad themselves! Thank you to the Boivin family for letting us use your special girl.

A little late on this post but we had a great time at the H&H charity horse show last weekend!

Some highlights include:

🏅Tessa husband on Cruise: Cruise was amazing for his first horse show with us/ first horse show in almost 7 years. Cruise went around every course no problem and had great placings in the 1.0 and jumper derby! We are still learning about this boy but so far he has went above and beyond our expectations.

🏅Gracelynn Anderson on Dorado: Gracelynn had a wonderful first show on her lease Dorado. They went clear in almost every round and had multiple top placings in both the puddle jumpers and .85s. They came home champion and reserve champion as well in both divisions, got 2nd in the derby, and earned the TIP award. This was also Dorados first show with another rider and safe to say he was amazing!

🏅Izzy Wilson on Zorro: Izzy and Zorro had a go in their first ever jumper classes and did great! They competed in the future jumpers earning top placings all around as well as doing their first ever 2’6 puddle jumper round. So proud of this duo!
