Transforming Impossible into Possible (TIP) was introduced to Connect: North Korea in New Malden, UK. Dr. Philip Hong provided the Transforming Impossible into Possible - TIP Program training for the staff members and discussed ways to serve the North Korean defectors residing in the UK.
