Tutorial Tuesday: the Glute Builder 🍑

One of our favorite machines at Gain Station for hitting glutes + hammies. Here’s how to set it up:

→ Back pad sits right where your bra line hits, just under the shoulder blades
→ Shoulder pads should rest gently — supporting you, not pushing you down
→ Don’t hold the sled as you lower in, it slides
→ Feet extended out, heels landing about under your bent knees
→ Slow and controlled down, explode up, squeeze at the top
→ Core tight the whole time to protect your back

Foot placement changes everything: further out = more hamstring, closer in = more quad.
