6. Eating out- yes, it is possible to eat out and stay in a deficit. But eating out 2,3 or 4 times a week will cause you to unknowingly go over your calories even if you’re tracking according to the restaurants posted nutrition logs. You’re leaving accuracy up to the people who work there. Making your food at home is the only way to know for sure.
7. Consistency. 7 days. One untracked meal a week is ok. Multiple will leave you disappointed when the scale goes up.
8. Pre-tracking. Waiting til the end of the day- you will forget.
9. Generic entries- like large banana, or chicken enchilada - we need grams and we need specific ingredients.
10. Alcohol- this will 100% affect your fat loss. So even if it fits your calories- alcohol auses your system to be disrupted and fat loss comes to a halt. Worse yet- not tracking your alcohol for fear of judgement- your coach doesn’t have all the data they need to make informed decisions about next steps.
