SOFT 2026 Day One Pistols | Drone Tour of AirGun Oregon’s Upgraded Upper Course

This video gives you a drone view of the beautifully upgraded upper course, along with a few highlights from the pistol lanes during Day One.

Wayne Burns and Randy Ebersole put a lot of work into the upper course this year, adding new lanes, new targets up in the trees, and upgrades throughout the course. The result looks great from the ground and even better from the air.

This is one of the first looks at the upgraded upper course during SOFT 2026, with a mix of drone footage and shooting highlights from the opening day.

Say hello to SOAR, Southern Oregon Air Rifle, the region’s newest airgun club. Match director Bill Galloway and his crew are building the course for their first fun match this Saturday, July 11, with an AAFTA Grand Prix coming in September. Add the Oregon State Field Target Championships in Ashland, July 17 through 19, and that’s two Grand Prix events in one valley this year.

The centerpiece? Wayne’s new lead-catching field target box. It resets clean, captures every pellet so lead stays out of the ground, and takes an optional solar light for night games. Preorder yours now.
