REWIRED WEDNESDAY - Protein is having a moment.
And for once, the internet is mostly onto something.
If you strength train and want to build or maintain a leaner, stronger body, protein is one of the most useful things to get right.
It helps support muscle growth, preserve lean tissue, and keep you fuller for longer.
A useful range for people who exercise regularly is roughly 0.7–1.0 grams per pound of body weight per day.
But you don’t need to obsess over the number.
Start here:
Make protein the anchor of your meals and then add in a healthy carb and nutrient dense fruits & veggies!
