FUSE: The math has been changed!

Fuse started from the ground up with a Convergence laminate engineered specifically for the demands of e-bikes. The bikes are heavier, and the lap count is higher than ever. Fuse wasn't just adapted from an existing rim. Built around a 33mm internal width, the layup has been designed to handle the harsh, heavy hits that e-bike wheels are accustomed to.

More torque. More Speed. More laps.

There's a lot that goes into the process of building a hub.

The EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) Cutter is one of those lesser-known processes. Used for some of the more intricate and complex parts, rather than using a standard cutting tool, EDM uses an electrical spark that slowly erodes the metal exactly where we want it.

It may be slower, but with accuracy down to just a few microns, the end product durability and quality is what makes the difference.

Swipe 👉 to see the full build. Ti tubes, 3D-printed Ti lugs, and a custom anodizing job that we simply had to match with a fully custom set of System Triad wheels and matching A-series stem.

Meet: The Hush 32”

We engineered Hush from the ground up, crafting a wheel that not only provides a ride feel you already know and trust, but one that exploits the benefits of the larger 32” diameter.

Impact strength and radial compliance land in line with a proven 29" wheel, with only a minor, expected drop in lateral stiffness for a platform this new, while the larger diameter brings a new level of momentum, approach angle, and roll-over capability.

The goal wasn’t simply to build a bigger wheel. It was to continue to push the boundaries of design, engineering, and performance.
