Think: hinge → drive → pull → catch.
Keep the kettlebell close, stay tight through your core, and let your hips create the power.

Trainer Tip Tuesday 💪

Want stronger shoulders? Don’t just press the weight—control it.

Keep your core braced, ribs stacked over your hips, and avoid leaning back as you press. Drive the dumbbells overhead with control, then own the lowering phase.

Strong reps = strong shoulders. 🔥

💡 Trainer Tip Tuesday: Kettlebell Swings

The kettlebell swing isn’t a squat—it’s a hip hinge!

Drive the movement by pushing your hips back, then explosively extending them to send the kettlebell forward. Keep your core braced, let your arms stay relaxed, and avoid lifting the weight with your shoulders.

Think: Hinge → Explode → Float → Repeat.

Mastering this movement helps develop power through the hips while strengthening the glutes, hamstrings, and core.
