CrossFit really has me questioning some of my life choices 😂
I mean, from trying to get double-unders, bar muscle-ups, and handstand walks…
You spend an hour voluntarily putting your body through hell, and now the floor feels like the most comfortable place on Earth. 😂
And somehow… I’ll be back tomorrow. 🫠
No excuses.
Still showing up. 🏋️😂

The CrossFit Games was an experience I’ll never forget… but honestly, some of my favorite moments happened between the takes. 😂
The bloopers, the laughs, the random conversations, the people I met, and all the little moments that never made it into the “final cut.”
I came to the Games excited to experience it all, and I left feeling incredibly grateful for the connections I made along the way. ❤️
So here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at the chaos. 😂
Thank you to everyone who laughed with me, welcomed me, talked with me, and made me feel like I belonged.
The workouts were cool.
The Games were amazing.
But the people made the experience. 🫶
What a weekend. 🇵🇭🏋️♂️
Came for Lydia. Stayed because apparently I’m part of the Fish family now. 😂🐟
I went to my first CrossFit Games alone, intimidated, a little overwhelmed, and with absolutely no expectations.
Within my first 20 minutes there, I met Mom Fish (Amy Lee Fish) and Grandma Fish, and they instantly made me feel comfortable and like I belonged.
We hung out, talked about the Fish family’s journey, and shared our stories with each other. What really stuck with me was seeing how everyone shows up, not just for Lydia Fish , but for every member of the family.
This was the first video I took that weekend, and honestly, it set the tone for my entire weekend.
Family is your best support system.
Whether it’s the family you’re born into or the family you choose, show up for them. Be present. Be in the moment.
Because when you have a family like this behind you, you’ve already won before the 3…2…1…go! ❤️
Thank you, Fish family, for making me feel so welcomed. Hope to see you all at my next Scaled Division competition! 😏🐟
I asked some of the best athletes in the world:
“Why is hydration important?”
Their answers made me think about it differently.
Because hydration isn’t just about drinking water when you’re thirsty.
It’s about giving your body what it needs to keep showing up.
To train harder.
To recover better.
To stay sharp when things get uncomfortable.
To keep your body moving when the workout starts taking everything out of you.
And maybe that’s what hydration is really about.
It’s not about waiting until you feel depleted.
It’s not about trying to “catch up” afterward.
And it’s definitely not something to overlook just because you’re not thirsty.
You hydrate so you can perform.
You hydrate so you can recover.
You hydrate so you can give your body a better chance to do what you’re asking it to do.
Because whether you’re stepping onto the competition floor, hitting a WOD after work, going for a run, or just trying to feel your best…
Your body is doing a lot for you.
Give it what it needs.
Stay hydrated.
Keep moving.
Keep showing up.
Because the little things add up.
And when it comes to fitness, every drop counts. 💧🫶
I got challenged to a worm race after Tia-Clair Toomey-Orr’s performance! I really thought it was as easy as it looks… NOT! 😂
One thing that keeps me coming back to CrossFit, besides the community, is the challenge. You never really know what’s coming next. Every WOD keeps me guessing:
Am I going to finish this workout?
Am I going to throw up?
Am I going to even survive?! 🤣
Thanks Sissi G for the challenge and the vibes! Next time we see each other, ima win that race… maybe. 🤣✌️
