Grateful for the opportunity to work with the Seat Pleasant Elementary community this past Thursday for Autism Parent Night💜 , in recognition of Autism Awareness Month.
We explored how movement can be a powerful outlet, helping release energy, express emotions, and communicate in ways words sometimes can’t. It was so special to create a space where everyone could feel free, supported, and themselves through dance.
