🎾 Join us for a Pickleball & Tennis Performance Workshop with Coach Mike on Saturday, July 18 at 12:00 PM. This session targets three key movement areas: rotational core strength, change of direction, and reaction time.
You'll work through sport-specific drills designed to improve agility, coordination, and overall movement efficiency, while also identifying individual weaknesses to support continued development. All levels are welcome.
