Hi I’m Sierra! I’ve been dancing since I was 4 years old. I started out doing contemporary, then moved to acro. I started hip hop when I was 12 years old and I have loved it ever since! Hip hop is definitely my favorite form of dance. Dance has been a big part of my life so it’s amazing that I get the opportunity to teach. My class will be a fun, encouraging environment where students can learn, grow and feel safe and confident to dance.

When I get into a studio and get to let loose and create choreography it frees my mind. I have so many ideas that I want to bring to life and getting to work with students to bring these ideas to life is such an amazing feeling. I want my students to be comfortable and to not be afraid to be themselves and make awesome memories as they grow with this school!

It’s important for our students to have someone to look up to and guide them through their journey as a dancer and I feel so honored to be apart of their journey! As a young girl it was important for me to have a space that I can feel safe and leave my worries behind and dance has been that safe space for me.

To me it’s more than dance, it’s an opportunity to be apart of growth of my students. And while that’s a lot of responsibility I’m up for the challenge! I’m looking forward to expanding my dance family!
