The core of Zhen Ren Chuan's movement and philosophy comes from the arts of Baguazhang, Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai Striking techniques and Meditation Practice.

Instructor Charles had the kids working on their jabs and crosses using the heavy bag, then added some fast-paced drills with the balls to test their timing and reactions! 💪
